Warranty Information

All Big Paws orthopedic dog beds purchased from this online shop come with a 4-Year Won't Flatten Guarantee. This means we guarantee the memory foam will retain its shape and not flatten for at least 4 years. Under good care it should actually last longer. If it flattens by more than 2 inches (or 25%) within 4 years of purchase, we’ll replace it one time. Warranty is non-transferable.

We fully guarantee our products against defects in materials or workmanship of the covers for 30 days. Big Paws will replace the defects parts directly to the consumer. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear to the covers & foam and it does not cover chewing or excessive scratching damage. If the foam has been flattened or damaged by moisture such as water, urine, saliva, vomit or other types of fluid, the warranty is not applicable as mildew may damage the bed. Oxidisation is a natural aging process of memory form and the speed varies depending on the environment bed is used. Please note due to compressed packing, the foam can be within 2% variance of the stated dimensions when delivered and expanded from compression.

Break In - Your Big Paws bed is vacuum packed and shrunk for shipping purposes. The bed can take anywhere between 18-48 hours to decompress to it's full size. Please DO NOT use sharp objects to remove the plastic to avoid damages to the bed.
