We currently only send to addresses in Australia and products are dispatched from either Sydney or Melbourne warehouse.

Signature is required for all deliveries and we are unable to arrange safe drop on customer's behalf. With unattended deliveries, the parcel will need to be collected from either a nearby post office (if delivered by AuPost) or from Toll's Depot (if delivered by Toll IPEC).

In most cases, delivery will take between 4 to 10 working days after dispatch depending on your location. WA, NT and regional areas will take longer for delivery. During peak seasons e.g., Christmas & EOFYS, the delivery timeframe will be extended. 

Upon request, we can raise an inquiry with the shipping company 4 days past this delivery timeframe if it's still not delivered. Standard turnaround time for investigation is 10 working days, for quicker turnaround time customer will need to contact the shipping company directly.

Dog bed mattress is compressed & rolled-packed for shipping and generally takes 18-48hrs to expand fully once unpacked.
